Looking for some ways to make meal prep easy, nutritious, and fun? Then join USU Extension for this FREE 4-week course, Create Better Health with Favorite Fall Foods!

Participants will learn how to stretch their food dollars, increase fruit and vegetable intake, shop with a grocery list, read nutrition facts labels, follow food safety recommendations, adjust meals to use food on hand, and be physically active in everyday life.

Participants will receive 3-5 recipes to take home and make, perfect for fall and related to the Create a Recipe focus for that week's class.
