Participants will learn how to stretch their food dollars, increase fruit and vegetable intake, follow food safety recommendations, adjust meals to use food on hand, and be physically active in everyday life.

This FREE 4 week course from USU Extension Service is full of ideas, tips, recipes, and demos (and tastings! Yum!) to get you and your family excited about cooking with fruits and veggies.
