This 4pm to 5:15pm block is a pre-public meeting for Zambia's Scholarship Fund, however it is mainly a discussion, planning, review of details from the year for volunteer's to sync up before the larger night public meeting in the same area. The volunteers will rehearse, run through their presentations for the night together to prepare/practice/ and talk through needs pertaining to their volunteer efforts in education and what was accomplished in 2023 and what is needed in 2024. No donations will be solicited, this is an information / planning based program. The main larger public program is from 715pm-8:15pm this same night after the piano recital between this and that meeting.
