Briefly describe your program.
We are a group of poets who come together to share our poetry and have it critiqued by other members of our chapter. We bring copies which we pass out and discuss as a group. At the end of our meetings everyone gathers up their copies. The goal is to leave the room as clean and orderly as it was when we came. We have appreciated the help of the staff in getting the room prepared. We took a vote in our most recent meeting as to whether to apply for an extension of our reservation, or to consider other options. It was unanimously agreed to apply for an extension and keep our fingers crossed. The memories we have created in this room have persuaded us that there is something that is almost impossible to duplicate. We want you to know how grateful we are for this service offered by the library system.
