Briefly describe your program.

The Baha'is of Davis County are partnering with other groups and individuals to foster a community building program. All are welcome! Food is a possibility, but you have hosted us before and hope you remember we know the rules and abide by them (also that we clean up after ourselves!) Can we pay the fee and maybe have it refunded (or applied to future events) if we don't end up having refreshments? You don't charge if we come just with bottled water, right?
