Briefly describe your program.
I am holding 2 separate piano Christmas recitals for my students and their families. I am hoping to start the first recital close to 6:00 PM and the 2nd @ 7:00 PM with additional time before and after to setup and clean up. I will be finished with the room @ 8:30 PM
I know there is a sign by the door that announces the event. May I contact you closer to the date with the exact time details and rather than the 3 hour block of time listed as my piano recital, could we announce each one separately? I had some parents worry that it was too long last time when they saw the sign.
