Briefly describe your program.
Everyone is welcome to attend and join our Mind of Worth community. This is a support group for anyone struggling with their own mental health challenges or anyone that knows someone suffering with mental health challenges (ie. parents of children suffering, spouses, friends). It is a safe place to feel comfort in knowing you're not alone in your suffering. We will encourage everyone to seek professional help and offer resources. We will discuss proactive ways to care for your mental health (ie sleep, nutrition, water intake, exercise, spiritual, etc.). We believe preventative care is much more effective than when a person is in crisis mode. Nothing personal has to be shared. We want everyone to feel loved and to remember that they have a Mind of Worth.
