Briefly describe your program.
I have two classes in my preschool, and this reservation is for both classes to perform a Halloween program for their parents. Each class will have its own performance. The first one would start at 11:00 and last for 30 minutes, with the second one starting at 12:30 lasting until 1:00. I will be playing songs that they sing along to and perform small actions. They will be dressed up in their Halloween costumes and my decor will be balloons behind their chairs with table top decorations. I have done my programs at the Kaysville branch in their auditorium for the last 4 years but their times to work around have become a little challenging for my availability. When I've reserved the Kaysville auditorium, they let me in at 10:15 even though the website lists the earliest as 10:30, and I'm wondering if that's a possibility with the Layton auditorium?
