Studies have shown that when families have good communication skills, children are more likely to be open and there is less conflict between parent and child. Creating good communication skills before conflict arises improves the ability to resolve conflict constructively. We encourage parents to attend this workshop together. Tweens and above are welcome to join as well.
This interactive workshop is designed to give parents of children from their tweens to their twenties tools to create healthy relationships through improving their communication skills.
The workshop will include a worksheet to use in class and for homework.
