Briefly describe your program.
This is a periodic meeting our area has to assess how our community-based programs like study circles and interfaith devotional meetings are going, especially in regard to community engagement. We are hoping to move forward with classes for teens (life skills) and children (general virtues education) and would like to encourage the wider community to join us in our community-building activities.
Also, meeting would really run 3-5. I included the extra half hour before and after for set-up and breakdown and can trim if necessary.
Can we negotiate later about refreshments? If we have just bottled water (which is likely), do we still pay the fee? We probably will opt to pay because, even if we don't plan it this way, someone will always show up with a plate of cookies!
